KTC Moderator Training Overview
Participants in the Kitchen Table Moderator Training Program have the opportunity to join an exclusive and elite group of Moderators who work to transform business conversations. Together, participants in this ground-breaking program, learn powerful Moderator techniques, and master keys to success that have been proven out globally (in over 1,000 Kitchen Table conversations on 4 continents, in 9 countries and 46 cities.) You will be part of an exciting and solution-focused association that uncovers innovative paths to quality solutions.

Through the use of a few simple scripts and rules, Kitchen Table Conversations are reliable, predictable and adaptable. About the Moderator Training Program
The purpose of the Kitchen Table Moderator Training is to provide a platform of skill-building blended with the appropriate amount of underlying information. The program is comprised of 6 modules which, other than Module 1 & 6 (which must be taken first and last), can be attended in any order. Each module focuses on a specific area of Kitchen Table Conversation planning &/or development and provides ample time for participants to practice their Kitchen Table Moderator skills. The 6 Modules that comprise the initial training are:
- Module 1: Underlying Principles
- Module 2: Technology of Enquiry
- Module 3: Kitchen Table Conversation Process Overview
- Module 4: Group Dynamics at the Kitchen Table
- Module 5: Tools & Systems
- Module 6: Managing the Room
Learning Objectives:

Kitchen Table Accreditation
For accreditation within the KTC Community*, a participant must complete:
- all 6 modules
- a post-program review, and
- 2 audited Kitchen Table Conversations
*A 1-year KTC Moderator’s Association membership is included with the Moderator Training Program.
