Lisa started her own consulting company in Toronto, Canada in the 1990’s. After many successful years she sold her company and moved her practice to Europe, co-founding a new company. Experience Highlights

  • Presented sales seminar Using The Sales Conversation to Align The Organization at Oxford as part of Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business program.
  • Acted as the Senior Advisor to the Deputy Managing Director of the Joint operating company (NCOC) of Kazakhstan’s Caspian Sea oil field (the North Caspian Sea Production Sharing Agreement, NCSPSA).
  • Set-up team member for the new operatorship, NCOC, of Kazakhstan’s Caspian Sea oil field (NCSPSA).
  • Led the in-house ERP education and communications initiatives at Nortel Networks (increasing requests for educational presentations and packets by 400% in 3 months) and Bell Canada.
  • Designed and implemented a training management and top talent development program for the technical division of the Bank of Montreal aimed at filling the technology division middle management gap.
